That foundation shaped my commitment to service and reinforced that buying or selling a home is far more than a transaction; it’s a life milestone.

Originally from Rochester, New York, and now proudly serving clients throughout North Carolina, I bring more than 30 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and media sales to the real estate industry. My background gives my sellers a powerful advantage. I understand how to strategically position, promote, and market properties to stand out in today’s competitive market. From pricing and presentation to targeted exposure, every listing is backed by a comprehensive, results-driven plan.

My years in media sales also sharpened one of my greatest strengths: negotiation. I am skilled at advocating for my clients, navigating complex conversations, and securing favorable outcomes; all while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Prior to relocating to North Carolina, my husband and I personally flipped homes in New York and renovated our own properties. Through those hands-on experiences, I developed a deep understanding of construction, design potential, and return on investment. Staging and interior design are personal passions of mine, and I love helping clients see how a space can be repurposed and transformed to fit their lifestyle and needs. This creative perspective allows me to help sellers present their homes beautifully and buyers envision the possibilities within a property.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me enjoying time on the pickleball or tennis court, spending quality time with my husband and our kids, Madelyn, Jonathan, and Keenan; or out for a walk with our two Labrador retrievers, Penny and Piper.
